The team practices out of two beautiful locations in the Outer Banks. The first is a newly rennovated Corolla light Sports Center in the heart of Corolla, North Carolina. It is an 8 lane 25 yd. facility. The center itself also boasts newly rennovated Cardio room, and Free Weight center.

The second facility is the beautiful Westside Athletic Club located at 101 Wimbledon Ct, Powells Point, NC 27966. This is an amazing 6 lane outdoor facility. Westside also boasts an amazing indoor weights and cardio room, along with offering world class tennis.
